The Quote view consists of a number of reports. They include:

• Summary Quote - Gives the name of the roofing material (i.e. tile profile, long run, shingle etc) and the totals for the project for the roof materials and labor and/or the fascia materials and labor.
• Bill of Materials - Gives the quantity breakdown of all materials included in the project.
• Detail Quote - Gives the quantity and price per unit breakdown of all materials included in the project, and the total price for labor across all products. The detail quote shows the values for all markups and/or discounts and the total for the project.
• Cover Letter - Gives a page where the user can enter text in the form of a letter for the client.
• Plan - Gives a dimensioned plan drawing of the design so the client can sign off the agreement. The plan can either be scaled or not scaled.
• Terms and Conditions - Gives a page where the user can enter text outlining the terms and conditions of the agreement.
• Labor Quote - Gives a breakdown of the materials and their quantities and the labor rate for each material in the job if a labor rate applies.
• Roof Labor - Gives a breakdown of the roof materials only and their quantities and the labor rate for each material in the job if a labor rate applies.
• Fascia and/or Gutter Quote - Gives a breakdown of the gutter and/or fascia materials and their quantities and the labor rate for each material in the job if a labor rate applies.
• Distributors Quote - Gives the quantity of each material in the job so that each can be checked off when the distributor receives this order form.
• Completion Certificate - Roofing - Gives a completion certificate for the roofing portion of the job so that it can be supplied to the client as an acknowledgement that the contract has been completed.
• Completion Certificate - Fascia - Gives a completion certificate for the fascia and/or gutter portion of the job so that it can be supplied to the client as an acknowledgement that the contract has been completed.
• Invoice - Gives a breakdown of all materials in the job shows the quantity for each, the adjusted price per unit with the markups and/or discounts included and the totals for the job.

Addtion Features of the Quote View:

• Document Overlay - Allows the user to create pages to overlay in chosen reports. You may want to create a page with your company logo, this page can be placed on all or some of the reports in this section by ticking boxes.
• Printing of some or all the documents - Each report has a check box that can be easily checked or unchecked to print some or all of the reports.
• Addition of Miscellaneous Items - You are able to add extra materials and items such as construction signs, or milage for the job that is added to the quote for the client.
• Project Information - Enter the information for the project, the name of the client and their details. Project details are added to the top of each report.
• Discounts/Markups - Amend discounts and/or markups for the project.
• Optional Notes - Add in notes/tags to the summary quote, for special cases.
• Summary Footer - Add a customised footer to the summary document.
• Cover letter tag - Add a customised tag to the Cover Letter.
